MBST - Monash Business Systems Training
|
MBST is not just another training company providing computer application training. We care about the operational outcomes, how those learned skills are utilised in the workplace.
Founded in early 2010 with the intent of helping businesses better utilise their IT investments, MBST helps its clients optimise their businesses by:
- facilitating easy access to information
- better utilisation of technology
- optimising business processes
- sharing skills and knowledge
The staff at MBST understand the importance of not only providing the knowledge of how to use the desktop applications with respect to data manipulation and information generation, but also how to apply that knowledge in order to improve organisational maturity.
What we do is:
-
Develop strategies for organisational development and provide training to groups, one-on-one mentoring or as part of a fully coordinated staff development programme.
-
Assist or train in intelligent templating of operational business documentation
-
Provide specialist business skills in areas such as business process design, developing reporting capacity and information management services.
-
Give assistance in systems development, implementation, analysis, and data preparation and integration
That means we are able to optimise the organisation by strategically developing business processes and systems, conduct staff skills assessments, review and integration of business systems and processes, improving access to critical business information.
Why do all that?
If you accept the definition of Training: commonly referring to the 'acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as a result of the teaching that relate to specific useful competencies' then it's time "Training" changed to "Learning".
Training in it's common form does not represent the best environment for real learning. Intelligently applied experience facilitates a calculated learning experience.
